How does the go/no-go decision work?
Blueprint is designed to create a clear go/no-go decision. If we cannot identify a plausible path to measurable operational leverage, the recommendation will be to stop rather than sell implementation. You still get a clean result: what was reviewed, what blocks leverage, and what prerequisite needs to be addressed first.
How do I start the Blueprint?
The safe next step is the free qualification. We check fit, scope, and access boundaries — then provide a written recommendation and, if it fits, a Blueprint proposal.
How much effort does this require from our team?
Bounded. You need one internal owner, a clear work area, and feedback on scope, constraints, and system environment. No large internal program and no unnecessary personal data collection.
What if the Blueprint shows no bounded leverage?
Then we stop or defer. You still get a clean result: what was reviewed, what blocks leverage, and what prerequisite needs to be addressed first. No endless loop, no pressure to continue.
What about payment and VAT?
The Blueprint price is €495 net. 19% VAT (USt-IdNr DE363709179) will be added to the invoice after written confirmation. Invoices are issued under German law.
