Is Foundation right for you?
Yes, if…
- You need AI to stay reliable as the organization changes
- You want repeatable workflows, not one-off prompt hacks
- You are ready to assign ownership and run a cadence
- Blueprint or Pilot have shown that leverage exists
No, if…
- You only need a one-time workflow implementation
- You are not willing to change roles or operating cadence
- You want "AI everywhere" without prioritization
- There is no internal person to run the system weekly

FAQ
Key questions
Everything you need to know before starting. Clear, concrete, no surprises.
Start qualificationWhat exactly is the Foundation?
The Foundation is the initial AI operating model — installed with durable structure, guardrails, and documentation.
- AI OS Foundation architecture (tailored to your environment)
- Installed core systems and workflows
- Selected tooling environment + integrations
- Operator guardrails: permissions, escalation, kill switches
- Documentation and handoff for weekly operation
- Expansion path: what to add next, safely
Do I need Blueprint or Pilot first?
Not necessarily, but recommended. Blueprint and Pilot exist to enable Foundation. If scope, access, and ownership are already clear enough, you can request Foundation directly through qualification.
How much effort does this require from our team?
You need an internal operator who runs the system weekly. Access to your systems and feedback within 3 business days. Foundation is not "set and forget" — it requires ownership.
What happens after Foundation?
You have an operational AI Operating System that your team runs weekly. The expansion path shows what can be safely added next — without overloading the system.
What deliverables do I keep?
Everything: architecture, installed systems, guardrails, documentation, handoff materials. Clean handoff is part of the work.
